These pages are static files. They set no cookies of their own, run no analytics script and send nothing anywhere when you read them, and the forms on the contact page are checklists rather than transmissions. Everything to do with a purchase happens on the seller’s checkout, where the card details are entered and where the order record lives.
What this website holds, what the checkout holds, and how to ask either of them a question.
What this Prostacyl website collects
Six things a reader might reasonably ask about, each with a plain answer.
| On these pages | What happens |
|---|---|
| Cookies set by this website | None. Nothing is written to your browser to identify you between visits. |
| Analytics or tracking scripts | None are loaded. The only script on the page handles the menu, the reveal on scroll and the sticky order bar. |
| The contact forms | They do not transmit. There is no server behind these files, so the fields exist to show what each desk will ask for. |
| Server logs | Standard web-server request logs are kept by the host in the ordinary way, as they are for every website you visit. |
| Webfonts | The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to that service when a page opens. |
| Email you send | If you write to either desk, that message and its address are held for as long as it takes to answer and to keep a record of the answer. |
This table describes the pages you are reading. The checkout is a separate system and the section below covers it.
The short version is that reading this website is close to anonymous, and that is a consequence of how it is built rather than a promise being made. A site assembled as flat files with no database has very little to collect even if it wanted to.
Two qualifications belong with that. Your internet provider and the company hosting these files can see requests, which is true of every page on the web. And the webfont request means Google receives a call from your browser when a page loads, which is worth knowing if you block that sort of thing by habit.
Where Prostacyl card details are entered
The one page in a purchase where personal details are typed, and who holds them afterwards.
On the seller’s checkout, which opens when you use an order button and is not part of this website. Name, delivery address, email and payment details are typed there, held there, and processed under the policies of that platform and its payment providers.
Nobody at this desk sees a full card number, and nobody here can read one back to you. If a message ever arrives claiming to be from Getprostacyl and asking for card details by email, it is not from this desk, and the correct response is to delete it and call the order desk listed in the footer.
The order record that follows a purchase — what you bought, where it went, what it cost — sits with the order desk so that parcels can be traced and refunds issued. That is also why the website address cannot answer a question about an order: it has no access to any of it.
A data request about an order has to reach the desk that holds the order. Send it to the order address with the order ID attached; sending it to the website address adds a forwarding step before anyone can look anything up.
Who else is involved in a Prostacyl order
Five parties in the chain between an order button and a bottle on a doorstep.
- The checkout platform behind the order button, which takes the payment and creates the order record.
- The payment processors that platform uses, which see the card details and this desk does not.
- The fulfilment operation that picks, packs and posts the bottles, and the carrier that delivers them.
- The email provider that carries messages to and from both desks.
- The web host that serves these files, and Google Fonts, which serves the two typefaces this website uses.
Each of those is a company doing one job in the chain between an order button and a parcel, and each holds only what that job needs. None of them receives anything from this desk for marketing purposes, because this desk does not sell, rent or trade contact details and has no arrangement that would let it.
Where a legal obligation applies — a court order, a regulatory request, a fraud investigation — information can be disclosed to the extent the law requires. That is the usual exception and it is stated here rather than left out.
Following a citation from a Prostacyl page
Where the citation links go, and whose rules apply once you follow one.
Every study cited on this website links out to the record it came from, and following one takes you to somebody else’s site with somebody else’s privacy policy. That is a deliberate trade: a citation nobody can open is worth very little.
Most of them go to the public medical literature. The Cochrane review of saw palmetto sits on PubMed, the MedlinePlus page on an enlarged prostate is run by the National Library of Medicine, and the NCCIH summary is a US government health page. None of them is selling anything.
External links carry the usual attributes so your browser opens them in a new tab and passes no referral credit. What those sites do once you arrive is governed by their own policies rather than by this one.
How long Prostacyl information is kept
Four kinds of record, and the rule that decides how long each one survives.
| Record | How long |
|---|---|
| Order records | Held by the seller for as long as accounting and tax rules require, which is the ordinary position for any retail purchase. |
| Refund correspondence | Kept while the 60-day window is open and afterwards as proof that a refund was made. |
| Email to the website desk | Kept while a question or a correction is being dealt with, and afterwards where it forms part of the record of a change to a page. |
| Server logs | Rotated by the host on its own schedule. |
Nothing in this table is held by the pages you are reading. It is held by the systems that sit behind a purchase or an email.
Two things follow from that table. A request to delete something has to be addressed to whichever system holds it, and some records cannot be deleted on request because keeping them is a legal obligation rather than a choice.
Where a record can be removed, it is. Where it cannot, the desk will say which rule keeps it and for how long rather than leaving the request unanswered.
Your choices about Prostacyl data
What you can ask for, which address to ask, and why identity gets checked first.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what is held about you, to ask for a copy, to have an inaccuracy corrected, to ask for deletion, or to object to a particular use. These rights differ by jurisdiction and this desk applies them without arguing about which set you fall under.
Requests about an order go to the order desk, by email or phone (both are in the site footer), with the order ID. Requests about this website and its correspondence go to the website inbox listed in the footer, read Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET.
Expect to be asked to confirm who you are before anything is released. Handing somebody’s order history to whoever asks for it would be a worse failure than the delay that verification causes.
Marketing email, if you ever receive any from the seller, carries an unsubscribe link and it works. This desk sends no newsletter of its own.
Age limits on Prostacyl orders
Who this website is for, and what happens if somebody under that age writes in.
This product is for healthy adults aged 18 and over, and the label is written for men. These pages are not intended for children, and this desk does not knowingly hold information about anybody under 18.
If you believe a minor has placed an order or written to either desk, tell the website desk and the record will be removed as far as the systems holding it allow.
Security of the Prostacyl desks, and its limits
What is protected, what cannot be, and the one thing never to put in an email.
These pages are served over an encrypted connection and the checkout runs its own protections as a payment system has to. Email is a different matter: it travels between providers in ways nobody controls end to end, which is why neither desk asks for card details in a message and why you should never send them in one.
No system is perfect and a policy claiming otherwise should be read sceptically. What can honestly be promised is that this desk holds as little as the job needs, keeps it no longer than it has to, and tells you where the rest of it sits.
If you spot something on this website that looks like a security problem, write to the website desk with the page and what you saw. That address reaches the people who can change the file.
Changes to this Prostacyl privacy policy
How an update to this page is published, and where it will be visible.
When this policy changes, the page changes and the review date at the foot of it moves forward. There is no separate archive: the version you are reading is the version in force, and it was last revised on September 30, 2026.
Material changes — a new class of information, a new party in the chain — will be described in the section they affect rather than summarised in a note at the top. The related pages are the terms, the disclaimer and the contact page, which sets out which desk does what.
